The founder of A+ Educational Services has a talent for combining education and business, and working with administrators and teachers in seeing common ground in the battle of accountability, adequate yearly progress and NCLB. She currently offers private and public schools the following services.

General Training Sessions for Educators

• "How to start off the school year right"
• "How to motivate your students and thereby motivating yourself"
• "How to have effective email communication"
• "How to create effective curriculum on a limited budget"
• "How to help your students to think critically"
• Team- Building: "How to have your teachers work as a team in order to increase student achievement"
• Goal-Setting: "Helping your teachers set goals; focusing on the professional and personal"

Training Sessions Designed Specifically for Your School's Needs.

• 1st session: Questionnaire given out to teachers and administrators
• 2nd session: Meet with administration regarding results of questionnaire
• 3rd session: Meet with teachers regarding results of questionnaire (2nd and 3rd session can be combined on the same day)
• Observations of Teachers: If needed depending upon questionnaire
• Sessions 4 - 10: Training for teachers/administrators based upon questionnaire (may not need all 10 sessions)
